Opening 1: Web/PHP Developer

Job Description -

• Have done PHP Course is Preferred
• Excellent HTML/CSS or PSD to HTML knowledge.
• Develop new web applications as identified by supervisor and management through customized application.
• Maintain and enhance existing web applications.
• Develop Database-Driven web interfaces for, real time information sharing.
• Develop external web portals allowing users to input and retrieve accurate information.
• Determine appropriate architecture and other technical solutions, and make relevant recommendation to clients.

Desired Skills-

• Sound technical knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills in English and good negotiation skills are must.
• Computer savvy, Good attitude, team player, target driven, career oriented and a quick learner.
• Candidate having knowledge of PHP is preferred.

Salary - INR 2.6 LPA per Annum Post Training

 

Opening 2: Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of web applications like Ecommerce, Real Estate, Social Networking, E-learning, Job sites is desired. 
• Preparing Scope of Project (SOP) for submitting proposals.
• Check the status of ongoing projects with the technical team and deliver the finished jobs.
• Building & strengthening relationships with prospective client. 
• Generating business from the new and existing clients and achieving increased sales growth.
• Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.

Required Skill & Knowledge: 

• Pleasing personality, smart and presentable with good communication skills
• Should have good customer negotiation and convincing skills 
• Candidate should be self – motivator and target oriented 
• Aware of the current market scenario.
• Computer savvy.
• Flexible regarding work timings. 
• Good attitude, team player, target driven, career oriented and a quick learner. 
• 100 % desk job connecting with clients over the Phone/Skype, engaging the meeting with clients, getting business lead.

Salary - INR 1.81 Lakhs per Annum (Post Training)

 

Note : 6 Months of Training (2 months of Technical Training Period and Next 4 Months of Evaluation Period). Candidate will be offered stipend of @ Rs. 10000 during Evaluation period.
